Detailed Product Description
The machine is specially for commercial use with the low water costs and friendly for environment due to little waste water. Most of types have two standard steam guns with both steam function and extra steam and water mixing function. The item SCW-IV has one more high pressure water gun specially for the heavy mud.The machine works without break between washing two cars. Usually it takes 5-10 minutes to finish cleaning one car.

Safeties system
1) The first protection -- the pressure vessel is produced by using 4mm 316 stainless steel; the designed maximum pressure is 8Mpa, and the
actual operate pressure is only 0.6-0.8Mpa.
2) The second protection -- during the process, when the pressure reaches the pre-set pressure(around 1.0mpa) , the pressure switch would be cut off
automatically and the heater will stop working. The pressure maintains within the pre-set range.
3) The third protection -- when the pressure excesses the pre-set pressure(around 1.0mpa), the safety valve will initiate the pressure reducer automatically.
4) The fourth protection- the leakage protection switch will be cut off automatically at 1 second.
