Series G valave are trunnion mounted, polymeric-seated pipeline ball valves which
conforms to the requirements of ASME/ANSI B16.34 and API 6D/ISO 14313, API Q1.The
factory is licensed by API to use the API 6D monogram,the license number is 6D-0200.

It's available in full bore or reduced bore and in a choice of materials, sizes and
pressure classes for a variety of application in all oil and gas services with excellent tightness over an extensive range of temperatures and pressures.

Features: 1) Product type: trunnion-mounted, 3pc forged body design, and raised face flanged,
RTJ flanged, butt weld or weld X flanged

2) Size range:

a) Full bore:DN50 ~ 800(2" ~ 32")

b) Reduced bore: DN50 ~ 900(2" ~ 36")

3) Pressure classes:

a. ANSI class 150,300: DN50 ~ 800(2" ~ 32"), reduced bore to DN50 ~ 900(2" ~36") ;

b. ANSI class 600,900: DN50~600 (2"~24"), reduced bore to DN700(28");

c. ANSI class 1500:DN50~400 (2"~16"), reduced bore to DN500(20").

4) Testing:

a. hydrostatic shell: 1.5times to max rated working pressure.

b. high pressure tests:1.1times to max rated working pressure.

c. low pressure tests: 0.56MPa

5) Design features:

a. Forged construction.

b. Low operating torque with the trunnion mounted.

c. Bubble-tight shut off by force of the spring loaded floating seats, body drains and a secondary sealant injection system.

d. Operated manually or automatically by pneumatic, hydraulic or electric actuators of various world famous brands as required by customers.
